Your girls are beautiful! Thanks for the reassurance about GD during pregnancy. It is heartwarming to see how vibrant your little ones are despite having a GD diagnosis. I get so paranoid sometimes. I think they're going to try to get me to watch my diet first and see if that will work and then they'll try insulin. I'm okay with the shots since I already have to do daily shots of lovenox as is, but I just hope whatever they give me will manage it appropriately!
